Alligator® Size RS62

The Alligator® Ready-Set Staple Fastening System enables fast, efficient installation to minimize downtime. The RS62 model is ideal for applications with a minimum pulley diameter of 2” (50 mm) and belt thicknesses between 1/16” and 1/8” (1.5 mm to 3.2 mm).

 

Fastener Details

  • Design: One-piece fastener strip with pre-inserted staples
  • Belt Thickness: 1/16” to 1/8” (1.5 mm to 3.2 mm) 
  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 2” (50 mm)
  • Maximum PIW: 100 (17 kN/m)
  • Belt Widths: 12”, 18”, 24”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60” (300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm)
  • Metal Selection: Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, 430 Stainless Steel
  • Installation Method: Hammer or power tool and installation tool
